For this new Marks & Spencers store, ESH supplied and installed trace heating to frost protect the following pipework: 

• 45m of MCWS in the external basement loading bay area
• 229m of heating pipework on the roof, with connections to three air handling units
• 25m of MCWS in the internal loading bay area
