Supplied and installed trace heating to frost protect the following pipework:
- 34m of MCWS and 27m of heating pipework on the roof area
- 35m of MCWS pipework from the high level plant room to a drench shower and wash down tap in the loading bay/skip area
- 15m of MCWS incoming mains to a drench shower in the ground floor plant room area
Market Hall - Bolton
Scope of work was to supply and install the electrical trace heating to provide frost protection to the condenser pipework and the cold water services (flow and return) pipework, all situated on the roof area.

The project scope was to design and supply materials and labour to install trace heating and thermal insulation to both steel and plastic pipework, to provide frost protection.
Soseki Japanese Restaurant - London
ESH supplied and installed 70m of type H2OWAT55 self limiting heating tape, to maintain the DHWS pipework at +55°C in an ambient of +18°C.
Cantor Building - Sheffield Hallam University
The Cantor building on Furnival Street houses elements of the Faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering and Sciences, as well as other campus facilities. For the large scale project ESH supplied and installed trace heating to provide frost protection to the exposed CTH, CHW & MCW service pipework.
Royal Naval Air Station - Culdrose
To design and supply materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to provide frost protection to the 6" Ø steel pipework.
IBIS Hotel - Birmingham
ESH designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a trace heating system to provide frost protection to the chilled water pipework (flow and return) and cold water service pipework. In total 142m of pipework in five runs, three on the hotels roof.
